eTrader for Brokers and prop firms

How a firm gets listed in eTrader, what it gets when it does, and what stays with the firm.

In short

  • Every firm on eTrader is listed by name and logo in the one shared terminal.
  • A firm cannot be added from the trader's side. Ask your firm to join through eTrader Business.
  • Firms get their own Servers, eTrader Broker settings, the Dealing Desk and optional MAM, PAMM and copytrading.
  • eTrader is the platform. Accounts, client money and licensing stay with the firm.
  • Onboarding runs through business.etraderweb.com and can take as little as 24 hours.

Brokers and prop firms

Updated 7 October 2026, 4 min read

eTrader is one trading terminal shared by every Broker and prop firm on the platform. A trader picks the firm from a list and signs in with the account the firm issued. This page is for two readers: the trader wondering how a firm gets onto that list, and the person at a firm deciding whether to put it there.

For traders: how a firm appears in eTrader

The Broker picker on the sign-in screen lists the firms that have joined eTrader, each by name and logo. Prop firms are in the same list as Brokers. When a firm joins, it gets its own Servers inside eTrader with its own instruments, spreads and leverage, and its clients sign in to those Servers from the same apps everyone else uses. There is no separate app per firm to download.

A firm cannot be added from the trader's side. If yours is missing, the quickest route is to ask them, and to point them to eTrader Business. Until then the whole terminal is open to you on an eTrader demo account.

What eTrader does and does not do for you as a trader is the same whichever firm you choose. eTrader is the terminal. Your account, its money, its leverage and its rules belong to the firm that issued it. eTrader itself issues demo accounts only, holds no money and has no deposit or withdrawal screen.

For firms: what you get

A firm licenses eTrader, and its clients trade in the eTrader apps on the web, iPhone and Android. The terminal is already built, already in the stores, and already familiar to traders who have used any trading app: Market Watch, a chart, buy and sell, orders dragged on the chart, and plain warnings for a closed market or low margin. Clients can trade on day one without a tutorial.

WhatWhat it means for your firm
Your firm, listed inside eTraderYour name and logo in the Broker list. A Broker starts with one demo and one live Server, each with its own instruments, spreads and leverage. A prop firm's accounts are simulated, so its Servers run as demo Servers. Accounts open from your CRM or the Broker dashboard, in any account currency.
No app store workNo developer accounts, no store declarations, no review queue. Every update reaches your traders the day it ships.
eTrader BrokerPer Server: instruments by group, spread markup, commission, swaps, leverage with group tiers, margin call and stop out. Account groups add extra markup, swap and commission multipliers, a leverage cap and swap-free terms.

Your CRM or oursConnect the CRM you already run through the eTrader CRM API, or start with the Broker CRM or Prop Firm CRM that come connected from day one and deliver both the trader password and the investor password for every account.
Support and dataWhatsApp, calls and email around the clock, weekends and holidays included. Your data and your clients' data are yours alone, hosted in the EU, backed up every hour and exportable as CSV or through the API.

Your traders also get everything else eTrader has: tick charts, market depth, price alerts on the phone, up to four charts on the web, eTrader Code for their own robots and indicators, and eTrader AI.

What stays yours, and what is eTrader's

eTrader is not a white-label app. Traders use the eTrader apps, and your firm appears inside them by name and logo on your own Servers. Your client portal, your website and your emails carry your brand in full, on your own domain.

eTrader provides the platform. It is not a Broker, does not open trading accounts for the public, does not hold client money and does not give investment advice. Licensing, compliance and your clients' funds stay with your firm.

How to join

  1. Create a business account at eTrader Business.
  2. Pass the KYB and KYC checks: company details, your regulatory documents and your beneficial owners.
  3. Receive pricing tailored to your firm.
  4. Pay and go live. It can take as little as 24 hours.

The full product page for firms is at sghk.org, and the API key and documentation are in eTrader Business once you are set up. If you are a trader rather than a firm, the next page to read is find your Broker, or trading with a prop firm if your account comes from one.

Questions

My Broker is not in the list. Can eTrader add it?

No. A firm joins eTrader itself, through eTrader Business. Ask your Broker or prop firm to look at it, and use a demo account in the meantime.

Does my firm get its own branded app?

No. eTrader is one app where each firm is listed by name and logo. The firm's client portal, website and emails carry its own brand on its own domain.

Can a firm keep the CRM it already uses?

Yes. The eTrader CRM API connects eTrader to an existing CRM. A firm can also start with the Broker CRM or Prop Firm CRM that come connected.

Where does a firm see pricing?

Pricing is tailored to each firm and issued in eTrader Business during onboarding.
